The Bookmobile
Can’t make it to the library? We’ll come to you! The Adair County Public Library Bookmobile brings books, resources, and library services directly to the communities, neighborhoods, and individuals who need them most– completely free of charge.
Books Without Borders
The Bookmobile is a fully stocked mobile library that travels throughout Adair County, making regular stops at homes, senior facilities, and community locations. Whether you’re a shut-in, a caregiver, or simply live far from the library, the Bookmobile ensures that everyone in our community has access to the books and resources they deserve.
Cardholders in good standing can check out books, magazines, and other materials right from the Bookmobile — no trip to the library required. It’s the same great service, just delivered with a little extra heart.
