Kidzviz - Built Just For You!
Welcome to your own corner of the library! Kidzviz is a colorful, kid-friendly space where you can search for books, discover new favorites, and explore everything the library has to offer — just for you!
Imagination Library
One of the most beloved early literacy programs in the world — and it’s right here in Adair County. The Imagination Library has mailed over 200 million free books to children around the globe since 1995, and we are proud to be part of that mission.
Every month, children enrolled in the Imagination Library receive a brand new, age-appropriate book delivered straight to their front door — completely free of charge. From birth through age five, your child will build their very own personal library one book at a time, nurturing a love of reading that will last a lifetime.
Because every child deserves to grow up with a story in their hands.

A collection of ready-to-use worksheets, lesson plans, and interactive activities designed to support classroom and at-home learning for elementary students.
Checkers Library TV
STEAM-themed educational videos designed to make learning fun.

Summer Reading 2026
Each summer, the library invites children and families to participate in our Summer Reading Program — a season filled with books, prizes, activities, and special events.
Children can track their reading, attend themed programs, and earn rewards while building confidence and literacy skills.
